Silver Fox Senior Care provides a complete Geriatric Consult to help families better understand and manage a senior’s health, cognitive function, and overall safety.

This thorough evaluation includes cognitive testing, physical assessment, review of medical history, labs and imaging, and a home safety review—giving you a clear picture of current needs and next steps. All consultation recommendations will be discussed with your primary care provider.

For those who require formal documentation, we also offer the option to include a Letter of Capacity. After evaluation, a clinician can issue a written statement confirming the individual’s ability to or not to make informed legal, financial, and medical decisions.
